Rozmawialiśmy wczoraj z xetnoinu o informacjach z nowego RPG-owego podręcznika, nt. tego, że Wolkanie pomogli w powojennej odbudowie Ziemi, i o plynącej stąd sugestii, że odpryskowy obraz wolkańskiego spoleczenstwa pozwolił ludzkości uwierzyć, że można lepiej (więc warto mieć nadzieję), i w efekcie stworzyć najpierw Zjednoczoną Ziemię, potem UFP.
Zwrócilem uwagę, że podobny Kontakt, ale z Centauri, w B5 zdecydował o b. odmiennym kształcie ziemskiego społeczeństwa (wiadomo, Centauri cierpieli na imperialny resentyment i błędnie zakładali, że pomagają swojej zaginionej kolonii). By przejść do żartobliwej konkluzji, że najwidoczniej nasz gatunek to w ST taki kosmiczny Nikodem Dyzma, a Wolkanie odegrali rolę Kunika ;).
